Amble ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our mobile application collects, uses, and safeguards your information.

2. Data We Collect
We collect minimal data necessary to provide the Amble gamified walking experience:

   - Health Data: We request access to Google Health Connect (Android) to read your step count, active minutes, and workout sessions. This data is used solely to track your daily progress within the game.
   - Authentication Data: We use Google Sign-In to authenticate you. We collect your email address and display name to create your account and maintain your progress on the leaderboard.
   - Device Information: We may collect basic device information for analytics and crash reporting purposes.

3. How We Use Your Data
   - To Gamify Your Activity: Your step count and activity data are used to move your character along the virtual path, unlock waypoints, and earn levels.
   - Leaderboard: Your display name and total steps/stations are displayed on the public leaderboard to foster friendly competition.
   - Syncing: Your game progress (level, stations earned) is synced to the cloud so you can play across devices.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure
   - We DO NOT sell your personal data.
   - Health Connect / HealthKit Data: Data accessed via Health Connect or HealthKit is never shared with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. It is strictly used for the app's functionality (gameplay tracking).
   - Third-Party Services: We use Firebase (by Google) for secure authentication, database storage, and analytics.

5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. All data transmission between the app and our servers is encrypted.

6. Your Rights
You may delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us or using the delete account feature within the app settings.

 Request Account Deletion If you would like to delete your Amble account and all associated data, you can do so in two ways: Option 1: In the App (Instant) 1. Open the Amble app. 2. Go to Profile tab (bottom right). 3. Scroll down to Settings. 4. Tap "Delete Account" and confirm. This will permanently remove: - Your Firebase Authentication account - Your leaderboard ranking - Your synced progress data Option 2: Request via Email Send an email to joinamble@gmail.com with the subject "Delete My Account". Please send from the Google account associated with your profile. We will process your request within 7 days. Data Retention Once deleted, all your data is permanently removed from our servers.
